The multiple award-winning Irish box-office hit NORTH CIRCULAR by Luke McManus is coming to NYC for its Theatrical Premiere at DCTV’s Firehouse Cinema, opening on July 28, featuring musical Q&A shows with the filmmaker, as well as musician Annie Hughes!
NORTH CIRCULAR is continuing the incredible journey across multiple continents, as it’s still screening in Irish cinemas – 33 weeks after its original release (UCD Cinema Tuesday 25th July, Light House Cinema on Sunday August 13th)!
Starting July 28, the theatrical release will feature a week of screenings at DCTV’s Firehouse Cinema, with Q&As across the entire opening weekend – Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July. Tickets are available from Firehouse Cinema here.

A multiple award-winning documentary musical travelling the length of Dublin’s fabled North Circular Road, where local characters share their powerful and emotive stories, accompanied by traditional ballads and folk music that add to the narrative. North Circular conjures the ghosts of the past while engaging with the conflicts and celebrations of today, with a little bit of Dublin humour thrown in. The film features musical performances from artists local to the North Circular, including John Francis Flynn, Séan Ó Túama, Eoghan O’Ceannabháin, Ian Lynch & Gemma Dunleavy.
